I’ve ordered from Imperfect Foods a few times now, the delivery timing has been weirdly reliable in the best way. Like, I’m used to delivery windows being a vague suggestion, so when they actually show up when they say they will, I’m basically ready to throw a parade.
My box usually arrives during the time window they give me, and the text updates are super helpful because I’m not stuck staring out the window like a dramatic Victorian ghost all day. My last order even showed up a little early, which felt like winning the grocery lottery.
Everything was still cold when it arrived, and nothing looked like it had been sitting around forever. So far, I’m genuinely happy with it, maybe too happy for a box of produce, but here we are.

My box showed up and a couple items were already past their prime, the greens were kind of wilted and one cucumber was really soft. It was a little frustrating, but I get that produce can be hit or miss sometimes.

I messaged them about it and they gave me a credit quickly, they didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops or anything. That made the whole thing way less annoying.

The rest of the order was totally fine, so I’m still planning to keep using Imperfect Foods. It’s not perfect every single time, but when something goes wrong they seem to take care of it.

Everything arrived in good shape! The ice packs were still cold when the package got here, so no issues at all 😊

The box showed up banged up and a few things inside were damaged , but their team was quick to help and got it sorted out fast . Overall , I appreciated how they handled it .

I really like being able to choose what goes in my box and swap things out before it ships. Umm, it just makes it a lot easier to avoid stuff I know my family won’t eat. Every now and then something I picked still gets replaced, which is a little frustrating, but overall the customization is simple and works well

I was disappointed with how little food came with my order. The portions felt way too small, especially for what they’re charging. it gave me the impression they’re more focused on squeezing out profit than making sure customers leave satisfied.

I’m usually picky about substitutions because I like what I like, but these were actually good. The replacements made sense and I wasn’t disappointed when a few things were out...

The produce was decent enough, but I’m not sure it was worth it. I went in thinking I’d save more, and now I kind of wish I’d compared prices elsewhere first because it wasn’t always cheaper.

I’ve ordered from Imperfect Foods a few times now, and tbh the packaging is one of the things I appreciate most. It’s simple, there isn’t a ton of random plastic everywhere, and most of it is easy to recycle.
The cold items have still arrived totally fine too, which is a relief. Idk, it just feels nice to get groceries delivered without ending up with a giant pile of trash afterward.

The food is fine, but trying to pause or change my box is more of a hassle than it should be. It just takes too many clicks, too many, for something that should be simple.

I’ve been ordering for a few months now, the quality has been really consistent. I think a lot of other customers would appreciate not having to worry about what’s going to show up each week. Every now and then there might be a lightly bruised apple or something, but overall the produce tastes fresh and arrives in good shape. I’m happy with it.

I’ve placed a few orders now, and the billing has been right every single time. No random extra fees, no surprise charges after delivery, nothing like that. What I see at checkout is exactly what gets charged, which I really appreciate. I feel like that should be the standard, right? It just makes it easier to keep ordering without feeling like I need to double-check everything afterward.

My box arrived nice and cold, and the veggies looked really fresh right away. I was especially surprised that the lettuce held up for almost a full week. I’d say it’s worth trying if you’re looking for an easy way to get fresh produce delivered.

My Imperfect Foods deliveries have been really dependable so far. They usually show up when they’re supposed to, and the boxes are in good shape, which I appreciate. I’m glad I’m not stuck checking the door all day, because I already have enough annoying little things to keep track of. It’s just nice when getting groceries doesn’t turn into another chore.

I’ve ordered a bunch of times the food is usually good, so I keep coming back. The only annoying part is when something’s missing and you have to deal with the refund or credit process. They do give you the credit, which I appreciate, but it’s not always super clear when it actually shows up, so I’ve had to check my account a few times. Not a dealbreaker or anything, and I still like using the service, but that part could definitely be easier.

The food was better than I thought it’d be, the produce tasted fresh and had good flavor, and the meat was solid too. Nothing fancy, just good, fresh stuff that I’d be happy to get again.
